Anyone know the free download link?
Or available with anyone please please share the copy.

Both of these copyrighted documents are available for purchase from the ASHRAE web site.

Asking for someone to provide you with a copy for free is asking someone to break the law for you. You didn't really mean to do that did you?

I am sure someone can clarify, but wouldn't such purchases be a tax write-off?
Also, unless you are working for yourself, most companies will keep a copy on hand for your reference. Check within your organization what their policy is and if they will purchase a copy of the codes for you.
