Does anybody know of a program that will calculate 90.1 compliance through non-prescriptive method. I'm trying to gauge what measures I have to take to gain compliance for a building that exceeds 50% glazing.

off the top of my head, I think for the non-prescriptive
approach, you need to do a building simulation of a base building and the proposed building to demonstrate compliance - Many Software are available such as eQuest (free_, Carrier HAP, Trace, etc.
These are fairly comlex programs, but its the only way to get an 8760-model.
Let me know If I can be of further assistance.

This might not help you much, but I work in Oregon. We use a program called CodeComp. It is set up specifically for Oregon Energy Code and we get it through the State Energy Department. I input all the information about the building (% glazing, wall construction, etc. etc.....). Then it will calculate whether or not the design meets code. If it fails, I can add insulation or make other changes to try to help it pass. Oregon Energy Department calls this process the Simplified Trade-off Approach (STA). Maybe your state energy department has something like this?
