Hello,

ASME B16.5-2013 has no Pressure-Temperature ratings table for A182 Gr.F60 (Duplex Stainless Steel 2205) forgings. For example Table II 2-2.8 includes working pressure for A182 Grades F44, F51, F53 & F55 but no information for A182 Gr. F60. If i have to use this flange, how i can calculate the working pressure. Also, if i have to order this flange, i can't even specify the ASME code B16.5 in flange description, since this grade is not in ASME B16.5.

Please advise.

Thanks,

For 2205 DSS, use F51 flanges (UNS S31803, I think). 2205 is UNS S32205, which is readily available nowadays as dual certified 31803/32205. 2205 is even replaced by the 31803 grade, as it has a beter chemistry (31803 is the predecessor so to say)
