Hi,
In the flange rating table (also attached), the temperature jumps in the 100s, i.e. 285 psi for -20F to 100F, after that, it goes 200F/260psi, 300F/230psi, 400F/200psi, etc.
Can that table be interpolated? OR what is my service temperature is 160F, do I jut take 200F as the temperature or can I interpolate.

As much as possible, do it right the first time...
