ASME B31.1 V.S B31.3 for branch connection calculations

Dear All,

Acyually I need to know is there any differences betweens ASME B31.1 & ASME B31.3 for calculation of branch connection?I have a program for ASME B31.3 and I want to know if I can use it for ASME B31.1 also for branch calculation.
