Do you own a copy of B31.1? Where or what exactly do you need guidance on?

ASME B16.25 covers butt joints.

AWS D10.X, where X is placeholder and depends on the type of pipe, i.e., carbon steel, austenitic stainless, aluminum, etc.

Sockets, slip-on flanges, and integrally reinforced branch fittings ("weld-O-Lets, Thread-O-Lets", and other brand named fittings) are specified in the particular pressure piping code. Fit-up requirements can usually be found in the product catalog that is usually on the manufacturer's web site.

Yes Sir I own a copy of B31.1
I wanted to use the weld joint of ASME B16.25 Fig. 2(a), but want to know where can I get reference for it in B31.1

Tha answer is pretty simple and easy to find, but the way of getting there is more important. Which sections of B31.1 have you explored so far to determine youre answer?
Im not a real user opf the B31.1 code (B31.3 is more in my league), but I was able to find the answer within a minute.

Please keep in mind how this forum works, and the efforts volunteers put into providing answers. We are not consultants free of charge.
