ASME B31.3 and ASME B31.8 vs DNV-RP-F112 (HISC requirements)

Hello everyone!
Can anyone clarify 2 questions according this piping codes and HISC requirements:
1) How Allowable Sustained Stress, Displacement Stress and Occasional Stress according to ASME B31.3 correlate with Allowable Membrane and Membrane + Bending Stress according to DNV-RP-F112.
2)The same question according Allowable Hoop Stress, Longitudinal Stress and Combined Stress according to ASME B31.8. How they correlate with Allowable Membrane, Membrane + according to DNV-RP-F112.
