ASME BPVC Code Case 2286-4 renamed in 2286-5

Dear all,
I noticed Code Case 2286-4 is now renamed 2286-5 but can't find anything about this update in the Summary of Changes of ASME BPVC 2015; can anybody tell if there are major differences or the number was changed from -4 to -5 only because minor fixes and typos?

The change to revision 5 was to revise below

The change of value of 1.147 to 1.2 of 4.4.12 (b) of Div.2 has been proposed by 15-96. Therefore 3.2.2 of CC2286-5 is also proposed for consistency because other sections use 1.2.
