ASME PV using EN steel

Can anybody tell me if there is any ASME code case which allow to use EN-10028 steel for pressure vessel?.
Is there any set of EN-10028 steel code allowed by ASME to be used in ASME pressure vessel?.
(EN-10028 is part of the European code (Euronorm) for PV, where are specified european steels for pressure vessel construction).

The EN-10028 steels are listed in ASME II, Table D, why would you bother with digging for a Code case.
