I would like to have anothers opinion on the following:

Table PW-39-1 GENERAL NOTESa)(1)and a)(2)make reference to paragraph PW-39.4 when I believe the paragraph should reference PW-39.3. See attached file for guidance...

Yes, this looks to be Errata. I reviewed BPV I Agenda and did not appear as an upcoming item. It will be evaluated at BPV I meetings next week.

Actually, I was told this was handled last BPV I meeting as Errata (I was unable to make the November, 2011 meeting).
