ASME VIII pressure vessel in Iran

Dear engineers,

Is it possible to install a pressure vessels ASME VIII div.1 and div.2 in Iran?
Do you have experience about it?
Why no company in Iran have suppliers of pressure vessels as per ASME VIII with U and U2 stamps (already checked in ASME official site

The US embargo against Iran prohibits any manufacturers to obtain ASME certification.

No problem installing ASME vessels but no ASME manufacturers there for above reason.

I am from Iran. recently after nuclear agreement with Iran, although we are able to purchase pressure vessel with U stamp, there is not any company in Iran which supply Equipment with ASME stamp. in addition, it is not about the quality system or manufacturing process of manufacturing, it is about sanctions and ASME rules. you can find the biggest Iranian manufacturer (MSA: Mashin sazi Arak, Tasha, Fateh Sanaat) by their websites.

Are there only three of good manufacturers there? I mean if a company wants to do a project by iranian manufacturers only these three companies are recommended? Do you know other good companies?

Of course, you can find many companies in Iran which are manufacturing pressure Vessel , the companies I illustrated are the most famous in IRAN while AZAR AB, ASAS Sanat Pars, Mahdin industrial company, Sadid Jahan Sanat , found well-known with a variety of capabilities. AS an inspector who has inspected lots of good around the world ( Siemens, Schwartz , Fives Cryo, Hyosung …) I should declare that these are great companies.
