ASME Y14.1 Application Data

Hello!

(First post, go easy on me)

I had a question for this community. We are debating no longer using the Application Data blocks on our drawing title blocks. We do our best to conform to ASME Y14.1. but honest with digital data management these feel worthless. Does anyone here still have them on their title blocks? Or are they still valuable to most?

ASME Y14.1 says the block is optional.
