Assembly constantly updating after every action

Working on a large assembly in NX9, and every time I do anything in Drafting Mode or Modeling Mode the status bar flashes text: 'Updating Assembly' and 'Loading Part #########' over and over for about 30-45 seconds at a time. Anything from double-clicking an ID Symbol to moving a component causes this.

I have all Delays under 'Tools' enabled. Assembly Load Options: Partial Loading Enabled and Lightweight Representations Enabled.

This only happens on a couple of specific files, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

We had the same problem in NX8 native no TC,
if the Assy. Load Options were set to "From Search Folder".
With "As Saved" we did not have the problem.
