Is there a way to find out the constraints which are arresting degrees of freedom for the selected component.I am using NX1867.
When a component is selected "Dependencies" folder is showing the constraints which are used to arrest the selected component + constraints of the other component which is mated to the selected component.

There is the "Constraint navigator" ( in between the assembly navigator and the part navigator)
If you right click in the "white space" of that, you can select different display modes.
I use the Group by component most often.

Does this solve your question ?

Tomas
