assesment on large transformator

does anyone know where can i get assesment for large transformator 500 MVA, 500KV to 22 KV?

You probably need to hire an electrical testing company that is experienced with large transformers, applicable testing standards and preferably has an applicable certification.

A dissolved gas analysis on a sample of the insulating oil may be good start, particularly if you have previous test records for comparison.

@alehman : do you know what company is that, because it must be rare that a company have that kind of test equipment.
i search on internet and find doble company one of the company that have service for assesment, does anyone know the other company?

Most of the big transformer manufacturers have a field service group who can do testing work.

they asked to asses for everything, the winding, the coil , the oil. etc

ABB in Finland were pushing their transformer maintenance and diagnostics service a few years ago, and certainly Doble have the capability. I strongly suspect that HHI over in Korea will have the capability, as will Areva (who I think have, or soon will, go back to being part of Alstom). Many of the European utilities have a services group which operates on a commercial basis - I have no idea if utilities in Indonesia can offer the same service?

Oil labs are everywhere but if you want oil testing and processing from one organisation then Nynas and EOS are both a good bet.

Pauwels have a factory just out of Jakarta. I don't think they make transformers quite so large as 500 MVA, but might be able to provide some assistance.
