assign a membrane sectionto a skin

hello every one
I have created a skin on my model and I want to assign a membrane section to it, I have created a property for it too.
but when I ran the analysis it had this error: 17280 elements have missing property definitions. The elements have been identified in element set ErrElemMissingSection.
as i said I created the proper property section and assign a membrane for this skin
but I am completely out of idea why this error pops up
please help

You also have to select the skin and assign a membrane element type to it.

Do you mean in the mesh module?
it is skin and as far as I know and read it is not possible to assign separate mesh to skin

Yes, in the mesh module. You just have to click "Assign Element Type", select the skin (switch selection mode to Skins) and choose Membrane element type.
