Hi,

I am trying to construct a tensegrity structure with all vertices known. But, the vertices moved (which is undesired) when prestress (in the form of shrinkage of the "cables") was applied. I am wondering if there is a way to apply prestress without changing the coordinates of the vertices. Or, what should I try to minimize the displacement of the vertices due to prestress. Could anybody give me some hints, please? Many thanks.
