associating dimensions to tabular note

hello,
how do you associate dimensions to a tabular note cell? I created interpart expressions using annotation editor and place value in tabular notes and cannot get them to move with table. I drag table, and entered text moves with table, dimensions do not move.... What am I missing...

So, if I understood you correctly, you created a note with a value from an expression and placed this on the drawing "on top" of a tabular note?
Why not reference that expression directly in the cell of the tabular note?

Thanks for reply... This is what worked for me. I placed interpart expression created value / dimension, then copied and pasted expression into table... this worked,
