Associative Appendix Text

Hi all,

First post here so a big hello to everyone.

I have recently made a mishap on a drawing where I placed the C'bore depth tolerance in the appendix text of the hole note, which meant it wasn't associative to the model feature. Subsequently that dimension was incorrect.

I'm wondering if there is a way to make the appendix text associative?


I am using NX10.

Hope this makes some sense.

It will depend on the version of NX that you are on.

Thanks. Found my solution.

> Feature Parameters
> Select the Feature you want to import dimensions for
> Click Select Views
> Choose a view
> Dimension should appear and the tolerances can be adjusted by altering the settings (right click, settings)
> Drag the dimensions around each other to alter their order or place them inline with each other (its little fiddley)
