Hi Season greetings.

I want to weld a 150 MM X 100 MM CONCENTRIC REDUCER , of "ASME B16.9 , BE , ASTM A860-GRADE WPHY42 , SEAMLESS , S-160 X S-XXS , IMPACT TESTED AT -45 DEG C, CVN: 40J FULL SIZE SPECIMEN" to a 150mm "SCH 80 API 5L GR B SMLS PSL-2" Pipe. Is it okay to weld this fitting as I do not have my preferred reducer of "A234 GR WPB SCH 80 TO B16.9" available?

Yes. Difference of yield strengths is 7,000 psi < 10,000, So that's OK.

YOU WILL HAVE DIFFICULTY WITH THE 2" diameter pipe!
Clarify if the 100mm diameter is 4" OD or 4.5" OD.

And do not exceed the maximum differences of wall thicknesses.
You may want to consider the use of transition pipe.

REDUCER
6" Sch 160 has a 0.719" wall
4" (4.5" OD) XXS has a 0.674" wall

6" PIPE
6" (6.625" OD) Sch 80 has a 0.432" wall

4" PIPE
4" (4.5" OD) Sch 80 has a 0.337" wall

The 4" Pipe has an OD of 4.5"

Careful. With some diameters, if you do not write "OD", you can end up with the wrong pipe.
