ASTM B367 C2 pressure temp ratings

Title says it all really - have checked it with ASME Section II part D, and ANSI B16.34 for calculations and currently we can't certify it for the pressures/temps my customer requires.

Problem is the specs provided by the customer are NORSOK and STATOIL, so are they likely to be wrong?

I can't seem to find out for sure so would be grateful for any help

ASME B16.34 allows you to use material that is produced to an ASTM specification with determination of pressure-temperature ratings in accordance with Annex F.
