Assuming
1. I am able to make fittings and make room within the engine bay.
2. On the basis automotive air conditioning systems works on the same principles, the only difference maybe how it is installed.

Is it possible to attached a Ford Ranger condenser to Range Rover ?
What could go wrong ?

If the surface area for heat transfer is in the same ballpark, and the airflow through it from the fan is in the same ballpark, it should work. It will probably affect how much charge the system wants, because it's unlikely that the internal volume will be the same, but if you charge it using gauges as opposed to weight, that should sort itself out.
