Attachment Parameters for WRC Calculation as per Procedure 7-3 ,Dennis MOSS

Hi sirs,
I used procedure 7-3 Dennis Moss for attachments which are complex & not in rectangle,square or circle shapes.
However there is still a problem, please note me if I must consider 2C1&2C2 instead of C1&C2.

I believe all equations refer to C1 and C2. E.g. Beta_1 = C1 / RM. I cannot think of a reason to substitute 2*C1 in place of C1.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your question though.
