Auger Cast Pile Inspection

I'm trying to find a field inspectors guide for Auger Cast Pile inspection. I know there is one out there but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get it?

Have you checked with ADSC or DFI? They should be able to point you in the right direction.
