Auto Sampler Specification

I'm trying to find a sample specification for an autosampler for wastewater. Something like the Hach Sigma 900 all weather sampler that I found in the blue book would be great, but I can't seem to find a spec to inlcude in the bid package. Anybody possibly have one I could use as a crutch?

I've seen these in service in various applications. The San Jose/Santa Clara WPCP uses them to monitor their Industrial users.
