AutoCAD Language Pack Error

I'm currently running AutoCAD Mechanical 09 and have been having problems opening an old R14 drawing. I rolled the drawing up to 2007 with DWG Convert, and tried to open it. I get an error message that the language packs "Arabic and Indic" are missing. Followed by a fatal error. This happens in both R14 and 2007 versions. Any suggestions?

Try saving it as a Version 2000 and then go to 2007

Tried to roll it back as a 2000 and open it that way too. Here is a screen shot of the error message, I can ignore it but, the fatal error will come up afterward.

Sorry that didn't work. It has helped me a few times.....
I have no idea what to do now...
