A Portion of my AutoCAD Ribbon disppears when using grips picking objects. I say a portion of ribbon is the far right side disppears to the middle and a another ribbon appears with multi-objects. Why? aned what to do to eliminate this multi-object ribbon to not attach.

Are you using AutoCAD 2012? Is it a context ribbon? And I agree, the "ooh you've selected multiple objects that are dissimilar" ribbon is utterly useless. But you can change it in your customization settings if you want to. (CUI)

Yes I am using AutoCAD 2012. Maybe a context ribbon. What happens is when I select grips and pick what I want and accept then the ribbon removes the general autocad ribbon commands and puts the multiple objects ribbon up and I do not know how or why.

Printing question.
Actually, this is more of an Adobe Reader / Acrobat question than an AutoCAD question.
When I plot AutoCAD dwgs (AutoCAD LT 2012), I use 22x34 paper size and use Autodesk's virtual printer DWG to PDF.pc3.
This creates a clean pdf with layer control.
However, when I print "half size" dwg to my 11x17 printer, Adobe Reader scales to 48% instead of 50%. This defeats the whole purpose of the ANSI sheet size scheme.
Can I persuade Abode Reader to print true half size (exactly 50%)?
I'm fairly sure this is not an AutoCAD issue, as it seems to be doing its job well.
I prefer to not have one half size pdf set and one full size set for record dwgs.
A quick fix available, or just use a different pdf viewer with scaling properties for printing?
