IS THER ANY SETTING TO SEE AUTOCAD FILES BLACK AND WHITE. I MEAN AT PRESENT WHEN I OPEN THE FILE, COLOUR LINES IS DEFAULT. I WANT TO BLACK AND WHITE AS A DEFAULT. THANK FOR ANY COMMENT.

This belongs in the AutoCAD forum but for brevity:
Depending on your version, this might work:
In the Page Setup dialog box, under Plot Style Table (Pen Assignments), select the Display Plot Styles option. Click OK.
 
You could try changing from "model space" to "paper space". That usually gives you a white background with black lines.
