automate the position of sections/details in a Drawing

Is it possible to automate the indication of the position of a section and relative section line in a drawing sheet? Example: Section positioned in C9-6 (position C9 - sheet 6) and section line positioned in B8-6. If I move the section the position label C9-6 update
