Automatic PDF creation when checking drawings into Vault

I was told that it is possible to have Inventor automatically generate a PDF file when you check in an IDW file. Is this an add on or does a macro/program need to be made? Can someone point me in the right direction. I am running Inventor/Vault 2013.

If you have a higher version of Vault we have a tool that does this with the Job Processor automatically...its free if you are already our client.
