Automating Plots

Hi all,

Lat say, analyse have 80 inc, 1 day calculation and I am looking for Ultimate strength of component. it happens let's say on 56 increment. So, i offen go to ODB Field Plot and create plot for example: UR3 and RF3 than i have to creante equation on them (Operate on XY). Fine, but results of that is table with values without possibility of actualisation. Try to do that few times by hour and you will know what i am saying.

Ok, is there any chance to automate that ?? I have programing skills so evantualy link to API of Abaqus Viever would be grate.

The ABAQUS scripting interface is just waht you need. I suggest taking a browse through the docs (Scripting User's Manual and the Scripting Reference Manual)

With Python scripts, you can automate any post-processing see more the docs "Scripting User's Manual"
