Availability Long Weld Neck Flanges

Hello,

Regarding long weld neck flanges in the United States, are these items which are typically carried in stock, or are they usually manufactured once an order is placed?

If they are stock items, do you know who carries them in the U.S.? If they aren't stock items, do you know who makes them?

Any information from my overseas colleagues would also be appreciated.
