In 4.13.4.1 (1)The qualification has to be done in conformance with Figure 4.27 for pipes with OD greater than or equal to 4 in.
What tests has to be done? the indicated in the table 4.2?

IMO you need to make test assembly as per Fig 4.27 and tested acc to Table 4.2, PLUS 3 additional mock-ups acc to 4.13.4.1(2)(a), (b), and (c) and one macroetch test section for each.
