B16.34 - Wall thikhness in local areas (par 6.1.6)

Hello,
i have a problem. At the hub interface of flange B16.5 i have a wall thickness less than that minimum body wall thickness shown in table 3A. How considerer the circle area how the thickness is low?

sorry didn't read the subject close enough to see you reference para 6.1.6. do you not understand the formulas?

I don't understand the position of circle. My problem is near the flange hub. If i respect the dimensions of b16.5 for 10" flange and the api 6d bore diameter, the wall thickness isn't respect.
