Many engineering companies in Europe are still using B31.3, instead of 13480.
In your opinion, is it this acceptable?
I think that should be proved that by using B31.3 all the essential safety requirement of EN13480 are met.
Another question.
By using B31.3 instead of EN13480, are the PED requirements met?
Annex ZA of EN13480 shows the relationship between EN1380 and PED. But
Using B31.3 is still a common practice in EU, but I wonder how correct is.
