B31.3 Piping Manufacturing

Hi,

Can B31.3 piping can be fabricated by any non-ASME stamp holder, as long they meet all quality requirements under B31.3. or is it absolute requirement that these vendors be atleast one of these stamp holders. (PP or S or U)

Yes. Refer to B31.3 Section 300(b)(3) for the Manufacturer, Fabricator, and Erector responsbilities.

Yes, anyone can fabricate to the requirements of the B31.3 code. There are no stamp holder requirements for the B31.3 code.
