Hey everyone,
I have an application where I need to take the shaft of a geared DC motor (spur gear box) into a hypocycloid speed reducer, which will be my final output shaft.
I know that hypocycloid gears have little to no backlash, however spur gears do have backlash.
My question is will my final output shaft still have backlash because of the spur gears, or will the hypocycloid completely eliminate the backlash on the shaft?
Thanks!
