Balancing Line in Centrifugal Compressor

Is balancing line used only for rotor balancing axially or same line used for seal balancing of Dry Gas Seals?

Yes. The balance line is also needed to lower the pressure on one of the compressor shaft seals.

Is this same line used for balancing Dry Gas seal chamber pressure, or is an additional line given for seal balancing?

It is usually a single line for both. I have seen one compressor (1955 Clark) that had separate lines for thrust balance and seal chamber pressure control.
