Basic wind speed in Ghana

Hello,

I'm providing structural engineering consultancy for a project of a building in Ghana (Accra) and I'm having some difficulties finding the basic wind speed required for design. My question is: does anyone have or know where I can find any reliable data, either design speeds or historical wind speed records which I can use to fit a Gumbel distribution and assess it myself?

In Appendix D of "Wind loading structures", 2nd edition, John Holmes
It contains a list of basic wind speeds for several countries around the world. However, it doesn't contain Ghana, but it has values for Mauritania and Morocco.
