What exactly is "Basle Chemical Industries Guidelines for Implementation of PED"? Perhaps any typo in there?

What he said. There are topics you can google regarding the "Basel Agreement for Chemical Industries" (dealing with transport/disposal of chemical/hazardous wastes). And a lot more topics on "Guidelines for Implementation of PED", which refer to the EU's Pressure Equipment Directive.

Not a typo on my part, but I nw suspect it should be Basel. They appear to be a group of chemical companies in Basel and have written some technical guidance on various topics, including implementing the Pressure Equipment Directive. I was hoping someone else had come across them and could tell me more - specifically whether they were a respected source of information so use of their guidance could be seen to be "good engineering practice".
