BCS 301 CONTROL BURNER NOT WORKING

Hi guys,
Our gas burners which is control by bcs 301 and dungs controller.we started heating on but burner not getting started. Did not showing any fault message on the hmi.we replaced dungs controller but no result.
If any one have any idea please help me.

What do gas burners have to do with electrical packaging?

I suggest a more appropriate forum. Call you vendor and ask for help. Also, search the internet for manuals.
