Beams Under Combined Axial and Transverse Loads - Beam Columns

I'm trying to design a reinforced Beam Under Combined Axial and Transverse Loads - Beam Columns does anyone have a reference or example to design it and what are the design limits for that I searched a lot and I only found steel beams and I need an RC beam

There are many resources out there showing how columns are designed using the classic P-M capacity curves. This is basic column design shown and derived in any concrete textbook.

But in my case it doesn't have the top steel reinforcement so it couldn't be solved as a normal column it's a beam column element
