Dear Experts,
Can you provide a tutorial on how to do 3 and 4 point bend test in NX10. It is urgent. Thank you.

[green]To the Toolmaker, your nice little cartoon drawing of your glass looks cool, but your solid model sucks. Do you want me to fix it, or are you going to take all week to get it back to me so I can get some work done?[/green]

"how to do 3 and 4 point bend test " ?

- what is a "3 and 4 point bend test " ?

Regards,
Tomas

Hi,
I have only limited exposure to NX CAE...but are you looking information on 3 and 4 point bend test on ceramics/composites?
You can get some information on the same in NX Samcef solver documentation.
Please get in touch with an NX CAE expert also in the meantime.
Regards
Kapil

Dear Toost,
I think the question was rather misleading. I would like to simulate a 3 point bend test on a composite laminate but not sure how to do it. I'm new to NX.

Have you looked at the 'Beam' functions in the Expression editor found under the f(x) options:
