Bending Moment at Pipe centre

Hi

I have a pipe supported by saddles like the attached sketch. I'd like to apply a bending moment at the centre of the pipe section as shown at the sketch, at the point above the saddles.

However I'm not being able to do that, any ideas on what procedure I should use?]
