Hello guys, graphically, how is bending schedule done for curved beams and spiral stairs as compared with straight beams and stairs which are very simple. Thanks.

That's for bending the reinforcing bars placed inside a reinforced concrete column, NOT for the physical bending of the curved and spiral staircases/stairways your question implied.

1. Design the columns, the stairway "legs" (the supports angling out from the (usual) central column and the individual stair treads, the stair treads themselves, and the column attachment points.

2. Design the needed rebar for each repeating element, trying very hard to keep every step identical from top to bottom.

3. From each step, draft the spiral reinforcement curves and bends. You most likely cannot use a "standard" schedule of simple 90 degree bends from a catalog or table.
