Bentonite Filling for Field Permeability Test Deep Under Groundwater Table

This is a part of previous question of "Permeability testing above groundwater table" in 03-JUL-2017.
For K value of a target depth of 20.0m ~ 25.0m above deep GWL, Bentonite filling outside of PVC pipe (or Casing) is required.
If ignored it due to misunderstanding of a tester, the calculated K value may be not the permeability of target depth but full depth.
In this case, the parameter (L) should be considered from GL to target level.

Please advise for correctly interpretation of the exiting data.
