Hello,

I am interested in BeO Copper plated substrates with copper thickness of 30-50 um.
Can anyone suggest any supplier that is capable of such process?

Thank You
Eli

Are you trying to plate Cu/BeO over some other substrate? Or plate pure copper over a Copper/Beryllia alloy substrate? For the latter, I would google or check yellow pages for electroplating shops in your area. For the former...I don't know, but would assume it would be a difficult process.

I am trying to plate Cu on BeO ceramic substrates.

Ok, that's not exactly plating, it's more akin to ceramic firing. Google "direct metal bonding", "ceramic substrate" and/or "insulated metal substrate".

Do realize that beryllia is toxic. Any reason not to use an insulated metal substrate instead?

BeO substrates have been quite popular for RF, optical and power electronics devices in the past, but now the use is severely restricted by safety and health regulations. But, even if this would not be limiting in your application, there are other ceramic substrates available with comparable performance. I'd recommend to re-evaluate your choice.
