We are a small design firm that has been relying on our personal networks to recruit contractors for Pro/E. The work we do is very modeling intensive, so personal knowledge of capabilities served us well. Now we need a contractor, but our network is tapped out!
I was suprised to see sites like Monster, CareerBuilder, Yahoo, etc charging $400 for a month long posting. Even this site wants $125, but it will obviously reach a much smaller number of people. I've already posted on Craigslist (free), but haven't gotten much response. We're not averse to spending money, but I want to make sure it's going to work.
So the question is: What job-seeking sites do you use and recommend? Are there Pro/E contractor specific job boards out there (things like sologig.com) that I should post on?
Thanks,
b
