BH-36K Material

I have a LPG sphere and the construction material says the material is BH-36K. Does anyone know what this is or where I can find information about this material? I have not seen this before.

BH-36K is short hand where I am for Bake Hardenable steel to yield strength of 36KSI. I don't know which steel you are starting with.
