Biosafe woven PP monofilament textile < 25 um rating: suppliers needed

I'm looking for any supplier of USP class VI ('biosafe')grade of woven polypropylene monofilament with a particvle retention of < 25 um, to be used as a liquid filter / bed support screen. Ideally not calendered for maximum permeability.
Regarding the USP class VI cert - just the PP resin, not the final woven product needs the class Vi cert. (yes it is semantics!)


Have been searching high and low for a very long time. What I have found is that PP monofilament is difficult to weave into meshes with openings less than 100 um. I have found calendered varieties that meet the micron opening, but I cannot get USP VI certificates.

SEFAR, SAATI, IFC do not have this type of material with USP class VI certificates available, at least according to the people I have contacted.

Any help pointing me to a potential supplier will be much appreciated. US based supplier is preferred.
